I’ve been using this Android app for a couple of months and have scanned several smaller loan packets right after signing at the table and then sending PDF files directly to the title company. It is easy to use and I find it perfect for scanning and sending the smaller seller-side packets, HELOCS, Loan Modifications, and Forbearance packets.
I only use it when the title company asks for rush scans of the documents. I “do not” use it for refinance or new purchase packages – they are just too big and to time consuming to scan page by page.
At $4.99, the price is just right. After creating a folder in the app, I scan the documents into the newly named folder. Scans are done one by one, but when it’s time to send them, they arrive at their destination as one single PDF file.
